Story Behind This Painting: I was teaching a class on painting clear glass and while trying some set-ups for the still life, I fell upon this one. I liked the bright red raspberries in contrast to the cool green and blue. The colors in the scene helped to make the clear glass interesting with all the reflected shapes and patterns.
